We use DHL and all orders are sent on a signature required ticket. You can track your delivery through their web site Tracking DHL
We aim to dispatch orders within 24hrs or Monday if it’s placed over the weekend. If there is a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know. Once your order is sent, we will send you a tracking number to enable you to track it through DHL.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box’s as we need a signature on delivery
Yes! As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our warehouse, DHL is unable to modify the delivery address.
DHL express has a delivery target of 2-3 working days.

If no one is able to sign for your package the courier will leave a card to call, which you can use to arrange redelivery or collection location.
Return to Depot:
Once we receive your return to our depot we will endeavour to process your return within 2-3 days.
With an online purchase, if you’re not completely happy with your new sunglasses, you can return them within 14 days for a refund. $25 to cover the cost of the return shipping and restocking is deducted from the transaction value prior to processing the refund.
Sunglasses must be in original packaging and condition.
