Who do you use?

We use DHL and all orders are sent on a signature required ticket. You can track your delivery through their web site Tracking DHL

How do I track my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24hrs or Monday if it’s placed over the weekend. If there is a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know. Once your order is sent, we will send you a tracking number to enable you to track it through DHL.

Do we ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box’s as we need a signature on delivery

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes! As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our warehouse, DHL is unable to modify the delivery address.

How long does delivery take?

DHL express has a delivery target of 2-3 working days.

How much does delivery cost?

It's free.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes! We currently offer shipping to Australia. However, we may be able to organise shipment to other countries contact us at info@sunglassstyle.co.nz.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes. All of our orders are sent with signature required tickets.

What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

If no one is able to sign for your package the courier will leave a card to call, which you can use to arrange redelivery or collection location.

Exchange and Returns
How long will it take to process my return?

Return to Depot:
Once we receive your return to our depot we will endeavour to process your return within 2-3 days.

What is your return policy?
add

With an online purchase, if you’re not completely happy with your new sunglasses, you can return them within 14 days for a refund. $25 to cover the cost of the return shipping and restocking is deducted from the transaction value prior to processing the refund.

Sunglasses must be in original packaging and condition.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Can I return for an exchange instead of a refund?

We don’t offer exchanges. The best option is to return for a refund and order the glasses you want. Any questions please contact us here.

 

How will I receive a refund?

You will receive a refund back onto the credit card you used on the original purchase.

We will let you know if there is any delay in packing and sending your order. Once it is on the way we’ll send you tracking details and it will need to be signed for on delivery.
Free Return
Oh no! You’re not 100% in love with your new sunglasses? No problem! We know it can be hard to get that fit exactly right online, so you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange. Follow the steps below to return by courier.

01. Return Form and Packaging

Enclosed in your delivery is a return postage paid eco courier bag and a returns form. Please fill in the required details and pack the glasses in the Sunglass Style box provided, ensuring all original items such as tags, authenticity cards, cleaning cloths and pouches/cases are included.

02. Courier Collection

When your package is ready you can arrange for it to be collected or you can drop into any DHL Express Service Centre.

03. Response

We'll let you know as soon as we receive your return, and arrange the refund. The $25 cost of the return shipping and restocking is deducted from the transaction value prior to processing the refund.
