NOT THE RIGHT SUNNIES? NO PROBLEM!
Oh no! You’re not 100% in love with your new sunglasses? No problem! We know it can be hard to get that fit exactly right online, so we’ll provide everything you need to return them to us for a refund, less the $25 restocking cost. Follow the steps below to return by courier.
01. Return Form and Packaging
Enclosed in your delivery is a return postage paid eco courier bag and a returns form. Please fill in the required details and pack the glasses in the Sunglass Style box provided, ensuring all original items such as tags, authenticity cards, cleaning cloths and pouches/cases are included.
02. Courier Collection
When your package is ready you can arrange for it to be collected or you can drop into any DHL Express Service Centre.

03. Response
We'll let you know as soon as we receive your return, and arrange the refund. The $25 cost of the return shipping and restocking is deducted from the transaction value prior to processing the refund.
